Join us for a 7-week study intended to help you make healthy changes, not by willpower, but by God’s power!  This study uses five pillars—Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus, and Friends to provide biblical insight into what God has to say about our bodies and the importance of setting goals in faith.  It provides simple strategies to make lasting, meaningful goals with both practical and eternal results.
