Clovis Hills Kids Volunteer Opportunities
Every weekend over 70 volunteers show up and work together in their unique
role to create an amazing environment for your kids. Clovis Hills Kids is
run by awesome volunteers and wouldn't exist without their faithful
leadership and passion to serve. We have a number of different
opportunities for you to get involved in, from teaching a large
group to working behind the scenes as a resource coordinator. We
have a place for you!
- Registrar (Nursery,
Preschool, Grade School)
A 1-2 hour per week time commitment. Welcomes and registers
visitors to Clovis Hills Kids. Serves 2-4 times per month.
- Helper (Infant-2's)
A 1-2 hour per week time commitment. Assists the Coordinator in
providing necessary care for the children. Serves 2 or 4 times per
month.
- Small Group Leader
(3's-Kind.)
A 1-2 hour per week time commitment. Serves 2-4 times per
month.
- Lead Teacher
(3's-Kind.)
A 1-2 hour per week time commitment. Prepares the classroom lesson,
shepherds the children and adult volunteers in the classroom. Serves
on a weekly basis.
- Small Group Leader
(Grade School)
A 1-2 hour per week time commitment. Shepherds a group of up to
10-15 children. Serves on a weekly basis.
- Large Group Teacher
(Grade School)
A 1-2 hour per week time commitment. Serves on a team of people who
present a lesson to the entire group of grade school children. Serves 2 to
4 times per month.
- Worship Team
(Preschool and Grade School)
A 1-2 hour per week time commitment. Serves on a team of people who
communicate God's love through kid-friendly music. Serves 2 to 4
times per month.
- Resource Coordinator
(Preschool and Grade School)
A 2-3 hour a week time commitment. Helps prepare crafts and
small group lessons for the weekend services. Serves on a weekly
basis in the church office.
